Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Where do you ship to?
Only within Iceland for now.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed on the same day or the next business day after the order is placed. The time from order to delivery is usually 1–4 business days for in-stock items. Pre-orders arrive within 2–4 weeks. You may cancel a pre-order if there are delays. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address.
Where are the products made?
Our products are manufactured in Iceland. We carefully select our manufacturers to ensure that our products meet our quality and appearance standards.
What is the return policy?
14 days from the order date for undamaged posters. Products must be in their original packaging with all labels and sealed products must not be opened. No returns or exchanges on sale items.
What if the product is faulty?
We will send a new copy or refund at the customer's request. Shipping costs are reimbursed for faulty products. Please send us an email with a photo within 7 days of delivery.
What kind of paper is used?
250 and 300 gsm paper, matte finish.
